MANNAT MEHTA

Global Development Intern

Mannat Mehta, is a graduate with a double major in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She currently works as a Global Development intern for Ethos of Engagement Consulting and has previously worked as a data analyst in the Special Awards department of the Student Financial Aid Office at UW-Madison. She is the former Local Committee President of AIESEC Madison. In that role she managed a team of seven elected executive board members and had the opportunity to create partnerships with local businesses, maintain international partners and coordinate with a national team in order to facilitate internships and volunteer programs for students from around the world. Mannat is passionate about global and economic development and hopes to gain more experience in the field. She has also written a novel named Motherland, which is expected to be published in the fall of 2021 with Partridge Publishing under Penguin Random House. She was born and brought up in Zambia, raised in India and is bilingual in English and Hindi.
